	Each person has a unique signature--a pattern of energy that identifies them as who they are, and which doesn't generally change over the course of their lives. This signature contains their birth-switch tone, and a stable pattern which could be thought of as a sort of fingerprint. When working energy sensing, begin to pay attention to how one person's energy is different from anothers, and you'll begin to pick up on these patterns. Once you have a "pattern-lock"--that is, a full identification of a person's signature--you can use it to locate them psychically no matter where they are. This is a valuable skill to learn. A person's signature is left on everything they create via psi. While it is possible to add information to a signature in order to try to disguise it, it cannot be completely obliterated. Thus, you can track a construct back to its creator by reading the signature they have left behind in it. You can practice reading patterns by working with other psis at a distance--have one of them send energy to you, and try to identify which one it was. Using information you receive from them, try to reach out to them when they have no connection to you--by finding them, you show that you have read their signature correctly. Getting a pattern-lock will enable to you target healing, attacks, or other exercises accurately, and program constructs to do so as well.
