View Full Version : PK.. the mental side..

I'm wondering, whenever you move something with PK, what goes through your mind.. are you telling yourself that it will move, creating a circuit of energy, drawing on a certain point of your body and trying to push it with it, or are you attempting to directly control the object as you would an arm (and if so, whats the method of trying to move it, and please dont answer with "I just move it" because honestly.. that'll get me nowhere) what exactly are you concentrating on? This is the biggest problem I am having with raw PK at the moment.. I just dont know what I'm trying to do on the mental side short of "make that move" and its a real pain, so any suggestions are welcome.
Note: Yes, I am aware that there is no set way to do PK.. just I need a good idea of the little things I need to do

If your me, you think that PK is a phenomenon that occurs when massive amounts of energy interact with waves of some sort, but then again i'm weird like that.

O.o so, you just throw energy at it until it moves?

That doesn't work for me I did move a psi wheel
quite well the day befor yesterday but can't seem
to able to do it today any way I was surpprized to
find how little energy PK used up it used more brain
processing power than psi. Even so I'm not sure that
PK uses as much brain power as it requires faith and
trust that you can move it. The best way to understand
the feeling of PK is the same feeling as suddenly finding out
that all of life is an illusion.

Meh. Psi-wheel... Someone I was talking to a little bit ago talked about how psi-wheels are a total joke. You realize ANYTHING can move a psi-wheel? Think about it this way. When you're pulsing psi into your hands and you're gathering it, you're increasing the heat emitted by your hands, correct? Well honestly, this heat difference between your hands and the air would even be enough to move a psi-wheel. ANY airflow in the room whatsoever, even if you yourself can't feel it, can move the psi-wheel. Any temperature difference anywhere can move a psi-wheel.
Not to crush your hopes or anything, it just seems that psi-wheels are extremely inaccurate and will lead to a false understanding and false hope.
Very few people have the ability to do true PK from what I hear. In the words of the same person who said that psi-wheels do not work that well, just take a styrofoam cup and place it on a table. Just focus your mind EVERY DAY on attempting to move it. Try this for about six months, and if you can't manage it, then most likely you won't be able to advance much in PK.
But yeah, not trying to crush hopes, as I also desperately want to be able to use PK, but I figure I might as well give decent advice so that you don't spend endless amounts of time working on something for naught.

Have you watching Star Wars the Phantom Menance? Inbetween those racers theres an arc of lightning that strengthens until its beam like. I sorta imagine something like that between my hand and the object. Usually nowadays i just do it. Its weird.

Are you able to do this with just psi-wheels, or other things too? :o

well.. good to see some suggestions are coming through... :D

The thing about doing it through visualisation, and then "just being able to do it" probably means that you are doing PK, because the feeling's been etched into your subconcious. From a theory i just thought up now, I'd say its like learning to ride a bike, you need to start with training wheels (i.e Visualisation) to build an understanding of what you're trying to accomplish. Then you eventually you remove the training wheels and can just do it, without as much mental effort placed into visualisations.
Unfortuantely.. I've yet to get to the "Training Wheel" stage, which is why I started the thread. thanks Shiningwolf.. I'll try something along those lines

What I meant is waves, as in radio waves, or telepathic waves, (the same waves emitted by machines created by Nikola Tesla, then later used by john Hutchison). Overlapping massive amounts of subtle energy(psi), (like that created by electrical devices such as, electro static generators and, tesla coils). In such a way to cause a conversion of the energy into kinetic energies, aimed in a certain way by the waves.

god damn it.. way to make it hard to understand. I'm gonna need to do some research just to understand what you're trying to get across :(
Actually. I think trying to keep all that in mind will make PK harder than it needs to be O.o

Nice NoMad you just gave me an idea how
to make all of my constructs and PK if I have
any skill at all at least twice as strong with
half the work.
