I was practicing TK and now I have a headache the size of cleveland, but during the practice, it's like the energy just built up in my head and didnt' have any way to get out....it hurts like hell!!! ='(

It works on normal headaches for me, with a slightly modified technique that focuses on deadening the sensation as well.

I'd say it's the drugs. but thats just me. most likely it's because your attempting to manipulate energy while under the influence of drugs.

It would help if i knew what drugs your taking to.
