Alright, I have been doing energy and stuff for a while and am on week 8 or 9 on the manual but it is getting really boring I want to start doing otherstuff like pk, can anyone give e advice on how to do pk with electricity as in how to practice the only thing I found when I googled it was a wingmakers website. Thanks

In the guilds opinion the best way of preforming Macro PK is to use energy projected from the solar plexus... That being said there's an incomprehendabley large number of techniques out there. If you want to do electroPK I'd suggest grabbing a dead battery and a fresh battery and visualising the energy from one going to the other with the goal being they are both partially charged.

I've never performed PK on anything, really, other then the psiwheel. I'd suggest that you start with other stuff, before moving on to PK. Something like working on your senses, or even getting better at constructs. It depends where your interests lie -- if you're interested in input abilities at all, they'll probably be easier to develop than PK, anyways.
Of course, basic PK isn't that hard to learn (IMHO), but moving anything other then a psiwheel or flame tends to be hard. Many folks never get past the infamous psiwheel. That's why if you get good at other things first, PK will be easier to learn. That doesn't mean that you shouldn't start moving something like the psiwheel or candel flame now, I just mean that you shouldn't expect to be able to move anything larger than a pencil (or even a pencil) anytime soon.
As for methods, I've never tried effecting electricity. However, if you're in interested in PK in general, I'd suggest psipog 's articles, they seem to have a large number of them, and seem to be decently written, too. I find ANKA's method...well, particularly difficult, hehe. Charging your body before hand might also help, even charging during practice, too.

I just thought that I'd post my view on this subject.
Many psions suggest working with energy manipulation before moving on to psychokinesis. However, I can only speak from experience, but I find this not necessary.
When I started practicing Psionics, I, like alot of people, wanted to learn psychokinesis. And, again like most people, I was told to start with energy manipulation. But, being the impatiant person that I was, I went ahead and started with psychokinesis. Well, I bet you can guess what happened! No? Well, long story short, I progressed with psychokinesis!
My point is, you don't actually need to start with energy manipulation, however, since many people have told you to, it might be engrained in your belief system. However, with shear determination and will, you can accomplish your goals!
If you are really looking foward to performing psychokinesis, I encourage you to follow your dream, and go ahead and practice with psychokinesis. It might also be beneficial to practice energy manipulation, but once again, it's not necessary.
In conclusion, follow your goals, and you will progress!
Thanks for reading!,

You can build a brick house without learning masonry...but, uh, I'd rather live in a house built by someone who knows masonry. lol
It's all about creating a STRONG foundation to build on...to make all further progress easier, faster, and more reliable. Yes, you can progress with PK without learning energy manipulation...but control and reliability will tend to suffer.

You know what, I do completely agree with that 100%! However, if you learn psychokinesis while practicing Energy Manipulation, I found it to be just as beneficial to me. However, that's just my experience, and it will not always be the same for everyone.
I really encourage you to try out everything and see what works for you!
Good luck!,
