Is complete address and phone number required on the application?

The application doesn't appear to actually be working at the moment. Besides, it needs a privacy clause added, and some options for non-US citizens, not to mention the whole thing about collecting information on minors...there's a lot of work left before actual membership sign up can begin.

so, what you are saying is... do not fill out the membership application until further notice?

What she's saying is go ahead and register, it's working fine - we'll retroactively fix any issues in the near future.

Yes, you must provide a complete address that is really where you live, or you have already violated the member agreement.

and exactly how many people have access to this information?

edit: and whom?

Me, WingedWolf, and Elliptic. You can choose to make some of it public via the member directory in the sidebar, but that's 100% opt-in, and even if you opt-in, you can quickly and easily opt-out.

And we don't sell your information, either. It's in the user agreement. :)

Yes, the member agreement is now THERE, too. <G>

Access to member data: FxChiP, Winged Wolf, Solet, Firestorm (Primary administrators and tech team). In practice, only FxChiP and Solet have easy access to the data.

Elliptic no longer has access to member data.
