Hey, can anyone here tell me how to charge my energy to the point where I can shock somebody with it? Hope this doesn't sound fluffy.

Yea, sit on a plastic chair with metal bolts, rub your shirt on it, stand up w/o touching the metal, and touch people... lol Just kidding
I mean you COULD do it, but it would take an unbelievable amount of energy :)

I know this is letting out my inner telepath, but you could just make them feel like thy got shocked. All I would do to make this happen would be think of when I got shocked than ping that sensation. For a more accurate ping you could shock yourself a thin instantly ping the person.

Hmn, I like the idea of focusing energy to shock people. Sounds possible but it would be a lot harder to learn, I would agree with arah's way, make them feel like they did and just ping them over and over. Here's a odd event that happens to me, whenever I touch a metal door I would get shocked, I would pull back and just shake my hand and open the door. I have a Specific Jacket that enables this ability in me, its like a Electromagnetic Jacket for some reason, it lights me up and lets me shock people or Animals alike, but if I touch Metal the effect is reversed on me. Don't know what the Jacket is made of, its description tag is gone for some reason..or I can't find it.

try electrokinesis...im sure you could try something like from with it...i do not really no...i havent gone into electrokinesis alot...
